Driver Reports
How do I check my driver’s driving behavior?
Checking the safety of driving behavior is one of the biggest benefits of GPS tracking. To see the report cards for your drivers:
- Click ‘Reports’ in the top toolbar. Click ‘Safety Report Card’ on the left menu.
- Use the dropdown options to select a date range for data, or to select a specific vehicle or driver.
- If you view all vehicles and drivers, you will see an overall score for every vehicle you track:
- Speeding
- A major speeding event is triggered when a vehicle travels 10 MPH or more over the defined limit. A minor speeding event is triggered when a vehicle travels less than 10 MPH over the defined limit.
- Rapid acceleration
- This event is triggered by a speed increase greater than 8.5 MPH per second.
- Harsh braking
- This event is triggered by a speed reduction greater than 6.5 MPH per second.

How do I set up speeding alerts?
There are two different kinds of speeding alerts: Speeding and High Speed. Speeding alerts are triggered when a vehicle drives a set number of miles per hour above the posted speed limit. High Speed alerts are triggered whenever a vehicle goes above a designated speed, regardless of posted speed limit.
- Choose ‘Alerts’ or ‘Setup’ at the top of the screen and choose ‘Alert Settings.’
- Under Alert Settings set the Speeding Threshold to the number of MPH above the posted speed limit that will trigger an alert.
- Example: if you set the Speeding Threshold to 10 MPH, it will trigger a Speeding alert when a vehicle begins to travel 55 MPH in a 45 MPH speed zone.
- Set the High Speed Threshold to the highest speed you wish vehicles to drive regardless of posted speed limits.
- Example: if you set the High Threshold to 65 MPH, you will receive an alert anytime a vehicle exceeds that speed.
How do I set up scheduled reports?
- Navigate to your report of choice and select the ‘SCHEDULED’ button on the top right.
- Select the reports you want to receive from the dropdown menu in step 1.
- Select the trackers or groups you wish to be included in step 2.
- Select your report details in step 3.
- Scheduled reports are only available via email.

How do I export reports?
- Navigate to your report of choice and select ‘EXPORT’ from the top right corner.
- The report will download to your computer as an excel file.

Unauthorized Hours
Why are there no unauthorized miles?
You must set up the hours you consider to be authorized in the ‘Alert Settings’ section of the Setup page. If you have not set up these hours, all miles driven will be considered authorized miles.
How do I set unauthorized hours?
To set hours when a vehicle is not authorized to be in use:
- Click Alerts or Setup at the top of the screen.
- Choose Alert Settings on the left side of the screen.
- Under Authorized Hours, check the days when you want authorized hours set. These should be the hours when drivers are allowed to be driving vehicles.
- Choose a Group to set different authorized hours for different groups.
- Click ‘Save.’
You will now receive an alert if a vehicle moves outside of the designated authorized hours.
